x-venture was created out of a strong belief and personal experience with exceptional small to medium-sized companies, particularly those with revenues between $2 million and $25 million. These businesses often seek resources to enhance their deal books and pipelines, yet the necessary support has been lacking.
Through my own journey of raising capital for my business, I recognized a valuable opportunity to assist other small and medium-sized enterprises in expanding their market presence in the United States. Our efforts have yielded remarkable results: we have grown our deal book from zero in 2024 to approximately $25 million in bookings, alongside a tenfold increase in our future pipeline.
We have broadened our capital sources from a single investor to a diverse group of private banks and family offices, which has generated significant interest. This creates a substantial addressable market, allowing us to support not only minority-owned businesses but all enterprises that require private capital to thrive.
As we continue to develop our inquiry pipeline and conversion rates, we feel confident that we have identified a strong market fit for our product, designed to support both single franchises and multi-unit operations across different states. My own experiences continue to inform our approach, as I relate to the challenges faced when seeking funding for construction & Tech projects. This understanding inspires our commitment to provide solutions that address the needs of family businesses and larger franchises, which can be owned and managed by private investors through our flagship product.
